Your teacher will assign your tribe the body system that you are to research.
Research Challenge
- What topics should you research? Fill out the questions in the Body System Questioning Guide. These questions should be broad so that you can research the answers.
- Tribe meeting to discuss questions. Each member can have different questions. (hint: it is always best to use each member's strengths)
- Tribe members spread out and use resources to find answers to your questions.
- Tribe members gather together and go over answers. Did every tribe member find good information that answers each question very well?
Poster Challenge:
Your challenge is to create a
persuasive Poster for the tribal council about your system
of the body. Use Presentation Guide to plan your poster.
The poster must include:
*The name of the system
*Its definition and functions of the body system
*Five major organs (bones or muscles) included in your system
*The system's IMPORTANCE to the human body and why it deserves be voted the "Most Vital" for the body's survival
*Creativity is not banned and can be a resourceful tool in persuasion
