As super-sleuths, your assignment is to write a Power Point Presentation together with 8 to 10 slides which point out the electrical dangers in and around our homes, with suggestions of how to prevent accidents in each danger area. Illustrate at least half of your slides.
You will gather your information by first following these steps:
- Take a pre-test on electrical safety danger areas.
- Research electrical accidents and ways to prevent them.
- Take a copy of the Electrical Safety Checklist home and fill out to discover what potential danger areas there are in and around your home.
- Play several games which are designed to help you recognize electrical danger areas.
