Choose a company that you are interested in learning more about. You may want to think about consumer products such as cars, electronics, food, and amusement parks. Once you decide on the business, search the Internet for background information about the company. Your research will be presented in a PowerPoint presentation. You will also recommend whether or not someone should invest in the business.
The presentation should include:
- History of the company-how it got started and by whom
- Type of industry
- Year founded
- Number of employees
- Location of current headquarters and any global locations
- Other companies owned
- Products or services
- Types of revenue
- Competitors
- Two current events
- A chart showing the stock price for the last 3 months including the stock symbol and stock exchange
- Pictures that enhance the presentation
