Each student is assigned one of the following roles: Engagement Guru, Financial Adviser, Wedding Official, and Party Planner.
a. Engagement
Guru-the expert on pre-wedding cultural traditions.
b. Financial
Advisor-the expert on finances, both pre and post-wedding.
c. Wedding
Official-the expert on traditions of the actual wedding ceremony.
d. Party Planner-the expert on the

This WebQuest is
intended for intermediate to advanced EFL learners at either the high school or
adult level. All research, communication, and creation will be done in
English.
Each student
will become the expert his/her new title implies by researching to find answers
to the guiding questions in the task. Each group will come together to discuss
their findings. The group will use their combined new knowledge and work
together to create a traditional wedding plan to be published in a Power Point
presentation or a web site. The authors
foresee the project encompassing a 7-10 day period (2 days for individual
research , 1 day for discussion of research, 2 days for designing wedding plan,
2 days for creation of final product, and 1-2 days for presentations.) Certainly,
timelines will vary depending on individual circumstances.

any other talent"
