American Revolutionary War heroes appear in different circumstances, at different times, and each made different contributions to the cause. Whether great or small, in station or stature, each patriot made a uniquely individual impact on the revolution and the birth of our nation. In this WebQuest you set out to discover what you can about these elusive "patriots," by taking the role of a counter-spy in the Security Service of the Crown. After you have done your investigations you must communicate your findings in code to your fellow British spies, and then create a -Most Wanted Notice- with which you alert the British Empires’ loyal followers to the presence and activities of these "traitors." By doing so, you may help the Crown put down their unruly colonies and bring the King’s Justice to all traitors! Explore the secret lives and legacies of these patriots in “
