Task

Welcome to 21st Century Learning!  

• This WebQuest activity will have students working in groups collaboratively to obtain specialized knowledge in one aspect of the chosen Classes of the Kingdom Animalia.  
  
• Next, students will work in groups cooperatively where all specialists for each taxonomic Class will join an ARK design team to teach their other group members about his/her area of expertise. 
  
• Lastly, these cooperative groups will create a “All About my Class” podcast demonstrating their combined expertise for their chosen class within the Animal Kingdom.
  
• This “All About my Class” podcast will be presented to other ARK design teams.  The presenters will be competing for the vote of the Life Science Council VII for the prestigious “Carolus Cup,” the final design of the ARK transportation vessel, and the million dollar prize.
