The Task
Your design team will embark on an investigation of light. Your goal is to create ways for your classmates to be involved in hands on experiments to complete in our classroom. Fellow students will need to be able to explain various understanding of light and its behavior.
Each design team will need to have an understanding of how light is:
- Produced
- Reflected
- Refracted and separated into visible light of various colors
Team members will need to design activities to help students learn:
- Intensity, direction, and color of light
- Loss of light, angle of reflection, and reflected color
- Refraction through various materials
Your final product will be a plan describing activities, experiments, student grouping, rotations, etc. This plan can be presented in a brochure, power point, or poster.
