Your teacher's backyard needs a makeover. It's up to you to change it from an eye-sore to a relaxing retreat. Your teacher has asked your team to create a proposal for the job. Remember it's for your teacher so you don't have a lot of money to work with. Your budget for the job will be $10,000 for all the supplies and labor, but your team will receive a bonus of $5,000 (for you to spilt as a team) if your design is chosen. You must include in that budget: a patio/deck large enough for a table and chairs, a fence around the entire yard, and an area for plants and/or grass. Also, your client does not have children right now but may have children in the future. But there is a big park with a playground just across the street. Your client is interested in a backyard that can be used to relax and entertain in. For your proposal you will need:
