Teacher Process

 Help your students brainstorm people to interview.  They may not recognize who has made a great influence in there lives or who they admire.  Brainstorm as a class to generate thinking and ideas.  Come up with interiew questions as a class but leave room for improvement.  Emphasize content and effort when grading paper.
