  If any or all of the above sounds appealing – here’s your chance to start making dreams come true.  The American dream has been built around entrepreneurs such as yourself.  So, you will start a local business in your area ( Hilo , Kaÿu, Waimea, Kailua-Kona, where ever it is you live).  And fortunately for you, your small business loan was approved for 50% of all start up costs.

  What kind of business will you begin, where will you locate your business, what variables affect your business making money, and how will you determine prices?  These are some of the questions you will answer while creating your business plan.
