Standards

The specific standard that this WebQuest targets is 7.16B ("Capitalize and punctuate correctly to clarify and enhance meaning such as capitalizing titles, using hyphens, semicolons, colons, possessives, and sentence punctuation (6-8)" from the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).  This is, based on the past four years, the TEKS on the 7th Grade Writing TAKS that is assessed the most.
