The Keebler Elves need your help!
Are you up to the task? Here's what you will need to accomplish:
First, you will research geometric theories and formulas that will help you to figure out which shapes have the largest volume relative to their surface area.
This is how you'll know what package shape will hold the most crackers with the least packing material.
Second, you will create a prototype of your package.
Third, you'll write a business letter to the Keebler Elves explaining your recommendation and your reasoning.
Last, you and your classmates will complete peer critiques, and you will use the suggestions offered in those critiques to guide you in revising your letter.
