Teacher Process

Prior to Lesson:

  1. Students will know how to evaluate websites using Kathy Schrock's website evaluation tool.
  2. Students will understand how to use the Internet effectively as a research source.
  3. Students will understand how to use Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, and an Interactive Whiteboard.
  4. Students will understand how to create replicas of structures.
  5. Students will understand how to draw and provide pricing for various structures.
  6. Using Process Guide #8: Persuasive Arguments, review how to create a persuasive argument.

Teaching/Instructional Process:
  1. Class will have completed all items listed in ‘Prior to Lesson’ section.
  2. Teacher will present lesson to students.
  3. Teacher will ask questions to make sure students understand the Evaluation Rubric.
  4. Teacher will facilitate lesson as required.
